    Refunds for Event Sponsorships: Cancellations must be submitted in writing one month prior to the event in order to receive a refund. Any cancellations after that time will only be eligible for a refund of 50% of their sponsorship/exhibit fee.

    Refunds for Event Attendees: A refund of the registration fee will be granted if cancellation is received by two weeks prior to the event. NO REFUND OR CREDIT will be granted if cancellation is received after that time. Substitutions are permitted. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to admin@hfma-co.org.
