    Jerry joined PFC in 2008, bringing a wide spectrum of collection experience in the retail, commercial, government, and medical collection sectors. Over his tenure, he implemented training that improved call quality scores to over 90%, translating into better collection results. He currently serves on the ACA Board of Directors.


    Nick Prola, Esq | Director of Compliance              

    A graduate of University of Illinois and University of San Diego School of Law, Nick joined PFC in 2013. His expertise is in consumer protection statutes in the financial sector—including the FDCPA and TCPA—and state law collection compliance. Nick oversees PFC’s PPMS and compliance programs.
