    This presentation will focus on an overview of debt financing options in the healthcare industry and related trends, including common financing structures, case studies, and an overview of the capital markets.

    Ross Holland, Vice President

    Ross Holland is a vice president with Lancaster Pollard, a financial servic es firm based in Columbus, Ohio, that specializes in providing capital funding to the senior living, health care and affordable housing sectors. In addition to underwriting tax-exempt bond offerings, Lancaster Pollard provides a complete range of funding alternatives trhough its HUD-FHA/GNMA/FNMA/USDA-approved, mortgage lender subsidiary. It can also provide bridge-to-agency lending, private equity, balance sheet lending and investing, and M&A services. Mr. Holland works in the firm's Newport Beach, California, office and is responsible for the Central California, Arizona, Utah and New Mexico markets.

    During his time at Lancaster Pollard, Mr. Holland has worked on the underwriting and closingof a range of mortgage loans for rehabilitations, new construction and refinance projects totaling nearly $250 million. Prior to joining Lancaster Pollard, Holland worked as a pricing anaylst for Catalyst Rx.  Mr. Holland earned his MBA from the Fisher College of Business at Ohio State University and graduated magna cum laude from Wittenberg University with a bachelor's degree in economics. He holds registered securities representative (Series 52 and Series 79) licenses.

    Jason Dopoulos, Vice President,  Managing Director

    Jason Dopoulos is a managing director with Lancaster Pollard, a nancial services rm based in Columbus, Ohio that specializes in providing capital funding to the senior living, health care and affordable housing sectors. In addition to underwriting tax-exempt bond offerings, Lancaster Pollard provides organizations with a complete range of funding alternatives through its HUD-FHA/GNMA/FNMA/ USDA-approved, mortgage lender subsidiary. It can also provide bridge-to-agency lending, private equity, balance sheet lending and investing, and M&A services.

    Mr. Dopoulos has been with the rm since 2007 and currently manages its of ce in Newport Beach, California. Throughout his time at Lancaster Pollard, Mr. Dopoulos has structured a range of bond transactions and mortgage loans for over 100 expansion, new construction and re nance projects with a total loan amount of over $3 billion. He has a thorough understanding of both conventional and federal nancing structures for both taxable and tax-exempt borrowers, including FHA and USDA mortgage insurance and loan programs.

    Mr. Dopoulos served as the vice chair of the National Investment Center (NIC) Future Leaders Council in 2015 and chair in 2016. In addition, he has spoken at numerous national health care conferences. He holds a master’s degree in business from the Fisher School of Business at The Ohio State University in Columbus and a master’s in health administration from The Ohio State University College of Public Health in Columbus. He holds a general securities representative license (Series 7).
