    In this webinar session, Nick Prola, General Counsel and Jerry Peer, Senior Vice President of Operations at PFC will discuss what’s being heard in response to collection calls in the pandemic environment and how that information is being utilized to better manage the patient experience. You will learn about successful strategies used in assisting upset and financially burdened patients including heightened sensitivity training, hardship policies, modified payment plans and a host of others. In addition, you will learn about non-traditional ways agencies are assisting creditors with initiatives designed to recognize the drain on existing resources as well as the financial impact the crisis has imposed. Attendance at this presentation would be recommended for all Revenue Cycle personnel from admissions to back office.

    Jerry Peer - Jerry joined PFC in 2008, bringing a wide spectrum of collection experience in the retail, commercial, government, and medical collection sectors. Over his tenure, he implemented training that improved call quality scores to over 90%, translating into better collection results. He currently serves on the ACA Board of Directors. 

    Nick Prola, Esq - A graduate of the University of Illinois and University of San Diego School of Law, Nick joined PFC in 2013. His expertise is in consumer protection statutes in the financial sector - including the FDCPA and TCPA - and state law collection compliance. Nick oversees PFC's legal matters and compliance programs.
